Help......my tatties won't stop growing
« on: June 16, 2009, 09:12:02 pm »
Hi

i am growing tatties in bags for the 1st time and thought they where doing great until i checked them tonight, they are in a miraclegrow 75ltr bag and the shoots are still growing, i reckon they are about just over 4ft tall in total, no flowers are present and i had a quick feel to see if i could feel tatties.... :( i couldn't.

I have been growing them in my greenhouse

Can anyone tell me what i have done wrong and what if anything i can do to solve this?

Cheers

are they fighting shade? I would have thought a greenhouse would be too warm for steady growth and that may be the cause - most people don't complain about growing things too well tho'
