Food & Craft
All of the hard work on the smallholding comes to fruition in the produce. Much of it can be enjoyed as it is - there isn't much better than a crisp apple straight from the tree, or a handful of freshly podded peas - and more still benefits from a little bit of processing.
In this section we look at the food and drink produced from a smallholding, with recipes, and some handy cookery guides, animal products like fleeces, and wool, and the processes that go into turning them into something much more useful and valuable.
