I've dried nasturtium leaves as well this year, but that's mainly for the ducks, who are supplemented up to their eyeballs!

Well, thanks to Briggsy I now know that nasturtium seed pods are not the real capers - merely a substitute. Well well.

(Not that I've eaten either the real thing or the substitute.)

Less is definately more with both, however super tasty used in moderation. A favourite with chicken wraps, yoghurt, chopped mint leaves, diced pickled nasturtium seeds, chives. Yum
