Title says it all really-what is the best thing to do? Should i lift them all and store undamaged ones?

That's what I did. I only had a couple of plants though.

Not a single slug this year.  I think the family of hedgehogs living under the pallets in the hay barn may have had something to do with it .....

Lift them on a sunny day and let them dry out.
Bag all the undamaged ones up or put into trays and then keep your eye on them for more slug activity and also any rots.
The damaged ones - use up first.  Will be fine to eat once damage areas are cut away.

I would estimate that 80 % of my potatoes are slug damaged this year.  Probably not going to bother next year  :(

Mine are the same, also poor crop. Lots of small ones. Must be due to the dry summer. I did water but looks like not enough. Even my leaks are poor.
