They were very tasty - husband has reached deep for a compliment and come up with 'they're on a par with the ones from the supermarket  '. Believe me, that's praise indeed - he's normally very critical of my crops in comparison with the supermarket, enhanced version!

I'm going to do another batch of Charlottes for a winter/Christmas harvest. I understand that you don't have to chit the potatoes. Is this true?
