What do you grow in your poly tunnel over winter?

Looking for ideas for vegetables to grow over winter in a poly tunnel please  :idea:

Plenty of leeks , carrots and parsnips might be useful if the ground gets hard frozen in your area.
Strong belief , triggers the mind to find the way ... Dyslexia just makes it that bit more amusing & interesting

Have a look at The Poly tunnel Book by Joyce Russel. We now have very all year in ours

It;s prbaby a matter of scale. I have greenhouses rather than tunnels 'cos i like to look at the view but at the end of the season i just rip everything out and wash down with jeyes and give it all a rest. There;s plenty in the filed veggie patch to eat by then: carrots, parsnips, brassicas..
You could shoot for new pots for xmas or if game to give some extra light and heat then lots of choices.

I've grown late spuds for Christmas, early spring spuds, salad leaves, carrots.I've also,used it to extend the seasons for things like courgettes.

We like to grow spinach and salad leaves or purple sprouting :)

Everything gets cleared out in October and I have a rest from endless watering, pruning, fixing and picking!!!
