Dunblane Slaughterhouse

Went down to Dunblane with 4 lambs today, guys were very helpful and no problems. They are happy to hang the carcasses for up to 2 weeks. They will also let you have the fleeces if you have the requisite paperwork. A good bit further than St Andrews but neared option.

That's good to hear - we'll be back to using Dunblane now that St Andrew's is closed.

Only been there once, and that was in 2000 - they were lovely people, not at all like any other slaughterhouse I'd seen before!

How do I find a good slaughterhouse?
