why not advertise him on preloved, farmingads, vivastreet, gumtree, farmers guardian, farmers weekly, the farming forum and stuff like that?

Alos maybe pics would help too. I used to keep longhorn cattle before I kept buffalo and believe me they were gorgeous to keep. You could try and sell him to people who use them in films.
