Anyone own entitlements and get SFP? If so, how did you get them and is it worth buying them now?

I've been offered them with some extra land I'm renting from April but that's only for 2.7ha (assuming it's all in).  The other land I own is 3.2ha but without entitlements.  The 5ha minimum looks like the main constraint for me.

I suppose I could buy and hope to resell at a higher price, but am not sure its worth the faff.  Not sure if any exisiting entitlements under the 5ha are lost, or are retained but not claimable until you get to that minimum.
