Hi and welcome! From rainy Clackmannanshire - hopefully making the grass grow though.

My parents in law had a guest house but their accommodation was completely seperate - a single door between both parts of the house. I'd like a wee caravan site at our new place but Dan's not so keen.
Good little earner in the summer if you have hard standing pitches and electric hook ups, plus a shower/disposal point, and a shop.  Can be tying unless you can afford someone to run the shop
Always have been, always will be, a WYSIWYG - black is black, white is white - no grey in my life! But I'm mellowing in my old age
