... continuing to watch nothing happen...  :hugsheep: :sunshine: :sheep:
Don't listen to the money men - they know the price of everything and the value of nothing

Live in a cohousing community with small farm for our own use.  Dairy cows (rearing their own calves for beef), pigs, sheep for meat and fleece, ducks and hens for eggs, veg and fruit growing

Sorting out tolerable risk criteria for a couple of chemical sites, whilst wishing I could be outside watching nothing happen instead.

What a lovely house, doganjo!
Thank you, it's been fun making it.  My friend does a lot of sewing and she has offered me scraps of material for curtains, bedding, flooring etc.  Only problem is that the kit with the furniture has just too many pieces for that house, so I'll have to buy another one  :roflanim:  Great excuse, but the sun's out and the garden calls so it'll have to wait for autumnal weather  :innocent:
But then you might not have enough furniture for the new house and then you'll have to buy more furniture and then you'll have to buy a new house........
Enjoy the sewing!  Sewing for a miniature house is a lot more enjoyable than sewing for a full sized one!  :)

Today was 2nd day of trying to not aggravate distressed shoulder/upper arm:  went to bed Thurs with all well, woke up Fri in agony !!
It's a bit better, but I'm pleased I don't have more than a couple of doggies to tend to!

Processing the chicken poo crust i skimmed off a few weeks ago into a small enough grade to use on the plot as fertiliser.
Part way through thinking WHY am I doing this?

Had a full day away from both the smallholding and work yesterday. Went sailing, then when I came back made a pint sized guitar amplifier (which sounds amazing). The jobs here can wait a bit longer - I needed that.

Same here - I've given to my nearest neighbours and to my kids, and to anyone doing work for me.  Next idea is leave at teh bottom of the drive for folk to help themselves - so long as they don;t try to help themselvesto my Wyandottes  ::)  then I'd be  >:( >:( >:(
Always have been, always will be, a WYSIWYG - black is black, white is white - no grey in my life! But I'm mellowing in my old age

Same here too. Got the raised beds all ready for this years crops. Also planted 30 rhubarb seeds with the view of donating the plants that germinate to some friends and neighbours so they can have fresh rhubarb in years to come.
I'm not scared to be seen, I make no apologies. This is me!
