are you going to make cheese etc PP? 

no plans for cheese as yet (shes not even pregnant yet) i think if we can milk her and her sister and have enough milk for the calf, us, dogs and pigs, that will be a major achievement for us.
i would seriously consider the veal option of 4 calves to one shetland after we have build our herd up a bit.
yoghurt would be good, then if im feeling clever...cheese... ....will be a steep learning curve!!
