Bertie is a very handsome gentleman! I hope you will have a long and happy life together.

Sad news .... OH wasn't happy with me getting a new pet when I am likely to be going into hospital in the next few weeks so unfortunately  had to make the decision to let someone else have Bertie. I am gutted but I do understand where he is coming from.
Not only will he have to look after me when I get home but there are the existing animals too. So it's probably just a bit too much at the moment.
Life is like a bowl of cherries, mostly yummy but some dodgy bits

Don't listen to the money men - they know the price of everything and the value of nothing

Live in a cohousing community with small farm for our own use.  Dairy cows (rearing their own calves for beef), pigs, sheep for meat and fleece, ducks and hens for eggs, veg and fruit growing
