You need to go up loch lomond, Inveraray, Lochgilphead, Tarbert then Clachan. It's only about 120 miles but buses need to stop and obey the speed limits!!
 
Us backwater folk love a trip to the big city!!

Any excuse before lambing starts on the 5th of January!

It would cost atleast £30 in diesel and you've got parking issues in Glasgow so the bus it is!  Nice relaxing journey!

I am sure you will all have a great meet up. I wish I could come up to meet you all, but rather a long journey from Derbyshire.

Had it been summer, I would have made the journey, and been able to leave the livestock .....could have stayed with my family in Cambuslang, which is not far from Glasgow, as you will all know.

Hello - Sorry I have been a bit of a stranger this week - three more essays to complete and then
I have completed this exam.

REally looking forward to my trip to Scotland which begins next Thursday.

I hope to be at the Doocot at 12.30, and as the last bus back to Dunoon doesnt leave until 6.30pm, I can stay
there for two or three hours to meet everyone, and still get in a couple of hours shopping before the bus journey
back via the ferry to Dunoon.

We have decided to get the bus as it is 15 quid each, so 30.00 all in, and includes the ferry, and of course no parking
no hassle driving, and it only takes 1- 1 1/2 hours so that gives me and Nancy three hours chat time     he he he

PLUS We can have a little toddy or wine too, cos we are not driving 

CANNOT WAIT - SEE YOU ALL SOON - How about us all making ourselves a little

big badge with our TAS Handles on
so that we can recognise each other and not forget the names to the faces -
say A5 size with our logos and names on -

i.e. Snoopy - and my dog logo
Sandy and her VW logo
etc etc

What do you think???  Its gonna be great with all the accents and faces, trying to remember the true names as well as the TAS names [/s]
