Thanks folks. We had one set of triplets a week ago but they're doing well with mum and Lyra's not the calmest sheep - I did think about it, but if I take the triplet off and Lyra won't take it, it can't go back to mum either.
Sally, I don't think the lamb was right. I think he must have suffered brain damage - he never moved apart from what looked like a few involuntary head, mouth and limb movements and only bleated twice.
Poor little guy, at least he was warm and fed and I even manage to sort the entropion in his eyes, so he didn't have that irritation.
Mum's still a bit bleaty - she's out with the ewe hoggs, out of ight and sound of lambs, no feed, no licks - so hopefully she'll get over it. She's not a keeper this year, but it would have been nice for her to go out on a high
