How about a completely new thread - no comments allowed

- only a weight update?
I don't have time just now to come on and read it all, much as I love all the stories

but I could definitely put up my starting weight (would shame me into doing something), my height, and then every Tuesday morning weigh myself and put in my new weight and weight loss
on my original post as an edit. That way each of us has their own record. You then don't need to look at anyone else's posts if you don't want to or don't have the time, but it would still keep you focussed.
We could also have a separate thread for hints, suggestions, and recipes for weight loss?
