My weigh in is Friday but I will be very surprise if I have not put on. OH has been baking this week to cheer me up he says. I think he is trying to keep me the way I am  :innocent: Depressed.

Ill just have to rely on anti-wrinkle cream for my face (not that Ive got many, just a few laughter lines :innocent: ). and tucking the rest in. Somehow I dont think the french will pay for me to have cosmetic surgery, and I certainly dont have thousands to spend on it, even if I wanted to go through the pain!!!

Wear your hair in a tight pony tail . You will look a bit like a rabbit in the headlights , but it is adjustable and free ! lol .

Or bunches, you get greater control if you already have a lopsided face

I've just bought a copy of "The 2 day diet".  I've only just started reading it but it's looking as if it might be useful.  I'll let you know later.

Just weighed in, nothing this week :( I've started the two day fasting diet, going to have tues and thurs as my fasting days so today is the first day and it is hard! I'm hoping it gets easier the longer you do it but I am really hungry! I'm counting the minutes until lunch time! lol

If anyone has any tips for coping with fasting days let me know!

How is everyone else getting on?

A long time ago, my Mum used to eat nothing every Monday.  She NEVER lost any weight but neither did she put any on. I couldn't hack it.  :gloomy:

Clarebelle,
Why are you fasting? You shouldn't need to do that. I have plenty to eat and am loosing weight. It doesn't stop me fancying things of course but it itsn't out of hunger.

Bionic is right, there is no need to fast. I could rival the pigs with the amount I eat and still lose

Having read the two day diet book, i am not that impressed.  It's a very low calorie diet for two days then an eat a bit more diet for the other five.  waste of money for that book.
