I saw that one in Bogside...I love the idea but....my husband doesn't he keeps saying he would live in a town in a small flat....not for me....I would rather a small house thats not too posh near open countryside or a forest....although saying that, the one we viewed near the forest we both loved but too much to be done, there was not one thing that did not need doing. This house has flat acsess all around back and front, but the one near the forest was up and down steps with no spererate room down stairs just in case...we had an offere excepted on a similar one but thats now gone, that ticked all the box's.....I love one thats off the beaton track with forest in the back and it was used for a holiday home but far too remote for some one who cannot drive and I suspsect it gets cut off in bad weather.......
We are waiting to see now but I suspect the house may sell soonish...although the longer we stay the more of the morgage is payed off...thats positive and if we have some sunshire the bills will be cheaper.
My dream home would be not necessarily a bungalow but at least have a room downstairs to use as a bedroom, a down stairs shower, a large kitchen with a Rayburn or Aga, I do not even mind open plan, then a log burner in a small lounge with a view and maybe a conservatory looking onto woodland,,,up stairs shower room etc and maybe 2 bedrooms, as for land, not too bothered but it would be a bonus,...2 of the 3 houses we looked at kept chickens like us......We even looked at the tiny house in Forest Mill and the Cafe........the tiny house is a tad too tiny but you could poss put a conservatory on the back as inside is quite modern and pretty,,,but then I think about being an old git with no car..mind you, there are building a new village there so maybe

If we did go for the tiny house its right next to the shoot and the disused train line for doggie walkies...our dogs go mad up there but I get worried about the road and livestock......
I would move to where Rosemary suggested and while I was looking last night with my back to the TV, I kept hearing them say over and over again, Broughty ferry, everyone, including Steve loves it there and I have now seen pretty places near there so who knows?
