Dehydrating - first attempt
« on: January 07, 2016, 06:25:29 pm »
Have found a recipe to marinate some beef for Jerky so i've given it a go.
Its gotta sit for 24hrs before it even gets near the dehydrator so I have to be patient

I don't do patient.. argh!!  :excited:

Have also decided to some sweet potato for the dogs this evening since the dehydrator isn't in use

Good luck!  Love jerky.  I used my dehydrator to use up all my slightly brown bananas and it worked like a dream!  I can now add them to my granola! :excited:
