ok...finally plucked up the courage to tell the previous lady she is not receiving a refund - which she found unbelievable and became quite cross with me - and now new owners are coming to collect my boys tomorrow morning.  Fingers crossed it works out this time

The new family collected my boys this morning and they seemed lovely and much more confident that they will be well looked after.
 I feel so much for Cain's owner - I hope you all are ok
