They are beautiful but unfortunately hubby would rather we got goats we could breed from, in which case we wouldn't have room for the beautiful pygmys too  :(
Sorry  :(

thanks for the interest and advice, they all have just been reserved by a local lady with a smallholding who has kept goats for years but wanted pygmy goats for her daughters. I have arranged to deliver so I can check it all out! :goat:

Good luck with your rehoming - saw your post this morning but just too far for me - we have a wee herd and plenty of space - and now plenty of hay. I'm sure you'll find them a great home - there are lots out there and a few nasty people too but your gut will tell you, a friend of mine who also has pygmys says every year she has a call asking 'how many kids does she have for sale' at that she says 'none'!!!

Glad you found a new home for them, and that you got the chance to see it as well.

Just had a phone call...new owner wants to resell goats!! She says she has an OFSTED inspection  on Tuesday to become a childminder so cant put up electric fencing so needs them to be resold asap, I have asked to be involved in the search for a new home so thought I would put them back on here to see if any one in the area could have them?  ???

Isn't it amazing how people think it is that easy to get rid of aniamals after such a short time. Where are you, that may help? :goat:

Think I said earlier if you were closer they would be more than welcome to come here and soend their days being spoilt. I hope you find them the home they deserve soon.

thankyou - I wish we were closer! Just be good to get them somewhere they will be looked after without the stress of being moved around like this.  :'(
