Ah yes, just like us Government of the people, for the people select few. What do you call a hundred politicians at the bottom of the sea...a bloody good start (It's an old one, but it still makes me chuckle!)

Absolutely right, Wiz.  I lost out because I had been paying the low married woman's stamp for a long time, although in retrospect I needed the cash more then than when I retired first, and it was worth more, and as a sweetener I did get extra for having stayed at home to look after the kids full time for 12 years.
