A friendly word of advice ...
ALWAYS CHECK-OUT YOUR POTENTIAL BUYERS CPH NO.
BEFORE YOU GET THEIR DEPOSIT
I have recently had someone, who has kept stock on their micro-holding for years, wanting to purchase some KK weaners. All seemed fine, until I attempted to process the movement on ScotEID - their holding was LANDLESS

As you can imagine, this has caused upset for the folk involved - apart from the fact I now have 2 unsold piglets, which were fully paid for & registered in the folks' name

I guess this is going to become more noticable now we have an electronic system - I assume in the past the local AH Inspector had to sort it, as we, as sellers, wouldn't have necessarily known about it - even though I always offer aftercare to any of my buyers & not heard of it before.
Has anyone else had this problem?
