Just managed to get hold of one tray each of salad plants at Lidl today - crispy and oriental - at 99p each for about 10 plants. They keep them with the salad vegetables! I've seen them before , so they are not a special! They are supposed to be kept on a window sill but they look perfectly alright for separating and planting out to me. Bargain! :&>

pound land a soaker hose 6 meters £1

Just got two and have put one around one of my raised bed.
I might get tam to do a bit of diy for me and join them up so i have 12 meters or even get some more

Just set them up and got totally soaked in the process of setting them up lol (drowned ratt lookalike competion winner i think)
