Potatoes are a relatively easy crop to plant, care for and harvest, but there are a few things to look out for.

that sounds so good! I have finally gotten a "glut" of tomatoes and zucchinis, not enough to preserve them, but just enough to make something like soup. I generally don't think of soups so much in the summer, but I may have to try this one!
