Banana then went for morning jog with water... then a coffee and a 'yakult' drink... then normally 2 peices of wholemeal toast smothered in butter but i had a bacon sani this morning as i managed to run further than i had before! then a cup of tea then off to work...

I have a B&B so I had the broken fried egg and the remander of the beans that got stuck in the bottom of the pan...funnily enough, it was nice, now I have microwaved the rest of the filter coffee then off to do the B&B stuff then the dog and the chicken stuff.....no more feeding for a while for me...

The beans that have thickened up at the bottom of the pan are the best     I had a couple of cereal bars as I worked.  Busy day

Gordon it would have been nice to  have a hang over as yesterday was mad and no drink in the house and the m inister left too late for us to nip across the road Well, the old beans on toast again,  no butter and oatmeal bread as I am STILL on a diet....will I ever be off a diet

 I'm on holiday, so have more of a brunch depending on what we're doing.
routine and normal mealtimes are for work days...
