Movement rules

I get very confused as to the rules on movement(doesnt take much these days!)
Last sunday moved some sheep on now want to move some more on how soon can i move on.

As soon as you want.  The restrictions are if you move on then want to move off other than to slaughter. In England the standstill is 6 days, in Scotland 13.

Following on from Fleecewife - it is 6 CLEAR days, if you just consider it a full week you know you are safe!
