Goats outside at last!
« on: April 23, 2010, 05:46:40 pm »
Finally we have got the 3 mums and 6 kids outside - talk about a todo when we walked the mums first into the paddock and then picked up the kids to rush them out, sounded like the end of the world with all the screaming!  All this for the 2 minutes they were apart.

Thanks everyone for all the advice, it is great to be able to post even the dumbest of questions....

The paddock is like Fort Knox, hopefully escape-proof!

;D  sounds lovely.  glad I'm not the only one who is totally reliant on the lovely people here for advise at the moment!!!
I love the bond between goats and their kids, I think its totally amazing (albeit noisy when seperated!!) must admit I've been quite surprised at how our nanny reacts if one of her kids isn't glued to her side (and they are quite old now!!)
