We are going for her first experience at the cinema on Saturday, then off to eat some strawberries..........oops i meant picking them  Saturday night BBQ and Sunday birthday party and another bbq!!

Now that does sound nice Kath and I will be expecting a full report on the BIG TELE and tummy hurts .No there is nothing exciting going on round here to interest us so we shall stay indoors and not soak up any rays and get bont.You and Mam have a lovely time with Jess TTFN

Hey up W.P.or maybe Mam Kath has just said to me" Have you told Princess's Mum about tiramisu Jess is sure to like that" I will put it in recipes as well as here.You need about a dozen finger bisquits! or Amaretto if you have some.2 heaped Tspns caster sugar (Canderelle if you like)3 eggs.250g of Mascarpone.250g Raspberries and 250g of Strawberries.Crush the biscuits to a powder with a spoon and set aside for now.Mix the sugar with the egg yokes and mascarpone.Whip the egg whites until very firm.Then very carefully fold into the yoke mixture KEEP IT LIGHT.I each glass arrange a layer of biscuit a layer of fruit and a layer of mascarpone mix.Cling film over the top of the glass and put in the fridge 1/2 to 3/4 hour Serve chilled.Works good with Philadelphia Cream Cheese as well

Pick Nic!!!! I love Pic Nic's!!!!! anyway, its FRIDAY!!!!!! shame we are too busy to enjoy a night like last night!! our guests bought us some wine and crisps!!!! they were nice men, another guest was having a break from finishing off the pond!!! we make um work here...mind you, he forgot to set the breakfast table last night!! I'm having words

Princess had a bonus today................... Daddy had the day off!! best funday Friday in ages a full day of just the 2 of us! we went Strawberry picking but ended up with Raspberries, Potatoes, Peas & Onions! just made a mushroom and Pea soup
