(I can't eat boiled, fried, poached eggs: I willingly ate them as a youngster, but at some point they didn't work for me anymore. Oddly I still love the smell of a fried egg, but just cannot put in my mouth. I can still eat well-done omelettes and scrambled though and really enjoy. Weird !
I've lately reduced milk content of my omelettes for a cleaner exit/folding from the pan, but cheese, tomato and herb toppings still as copious as ever - delicious with a few chips
