Little Blue Freddy is doing brilliantly now, I was out all afternoon and him and Gizmo were fighting to sit on my knee - and they are too big for that now, but that doesn't bother them. Lottie ate her dinner and had a green nose so I presume she has been eating bark from a tree which should show she is on the mend - at last! I am for the first time confidant that they are over the worst now, just a great shame we lost Pierre. It has been one of the worst weeks of our lives.

And just remember that Pierre had a wonderful life with you, full of love and all the things that goats like.

All 12 goats are today back to normal and enjoying life again. Lottie is eating, drinking and playing with all the others so must now be feelink ok. Let's hope we never experience anything like this again.

I took this video clip earlier and is shows Freddy and Lottie back to their old selves. Freddy is the BT on the left hand side of the gate with Gizmo on the right. Nearer the end 2 Golden goats come in to sight Rosie is the old dear on the left and Lottie is the smaller of the 2 on the right. All weekend Freddy and Lottie had been at deaths door and in such a short time - well just look at them.

Freddy and Gizmo look fat! Not too fat, but you definitely look after them well. My poor big lad has lost a bit of weight after being away on his holidays.

Good to see the pair of them have bounced back to good health.  You have a lovely herd of goats there.  I was going to say what a lot there are, but then realised you have not as many as me!!!!
