I preparation for the time when our lambs go for their one way holiday where they don't need to pack an overnight bag (sounds nicer to children than the abatoir!) I am looking at home butchery of the carcasses. I have yet to find a local butcher who will show me how to cut the meat up, but that would be the best option. So does anyone know a butcher near to Warrington who would do this? Failing that / as well as that, does anyone know of either a book or youtube clip or similar that shows how to turn the carcass into joints of meat? Many thanks in advance.
