Boo Hoo .... :(
I've just had to hear than whilst I was in hospital 28 March to 8 April that my wife had to boil up 8 kg of pork I had purchased on the 26 march for making sausages and salami etc.   Some went in to food over the next few days , the rest ended up as  lumps of prime dog food  to be frozen and given over the next few weeks .
I've always said Alison treats the dog better than me some days   :roflanim:

Ah well It could be worse , I think I've survived the blood clots in my lungs & leg .
So I'm off to our local  friendly butchers again tomorrow to buy another short side of belly & bacon plus a 5 lb. pork  leg joint  .
These potential sausages & salami are becoming very expensive  ...... I hope they are worth it
Strong belief , triggers the mind to find the way ... Dyslexia just makes it that bit more amusing & interesting
