Personally I like good customer service. It is so rare these days, that possibly when you were confronted with it, thne you were set back a little. Most of us just now accept that we fend for ourselves in shops.

Coming from a sales background myself, it always gives me a little glow when I think someone in a shop has looked after me.

I like it sometimes but only when it's asked for, I noticed the lovely lady in Tesco at it again with someone else and I still have that Barbara Cartland Makeup look.. bu**er!!!!
