I once worked with a Polly Perkin (made great cups of tea) and a guy called Patric Robert Quake (nicknamed Pat-R-Cake) also had a girlfriend called Ila Letthue (and she did!)

I only get those ads under the first person who has put a message on the page, and amazon at the bottom, its clever how it knows what ye are talking about, when I posted about our cabin build there were ads for log cabins under my post -
big brother is watching you - yes you
 :D :D :D

It's supposed to show relevant ads but sometimes it misunderstands the context! We have to pay for all the bandwidth you lot use somehow.  ;)

I used to work with a lady called Nesta Kettle. Her maiden name was Tables. Her sister-in-law was called Lydia.  :D

Reputedly a local family here called Bush; daughters Rose, Ivy and something else but I can't remember now.

When I was in hospital having Lorna, a wee boy was named Adonis. What do parents do to their kids?

When I was wee, I wanted to be called Joanne or Pamela

Rosemary is a much nicer name than both of those.

I was one of four Julie's in my class, and wanted to be called Andrea

Mum called me Julie because she hated people shortening names and its hard to shorten
Julie.
She called my sister Angela and everyone calls her Angie - she hates it.
