Depends on how much you want to spend, but last year as part of my Dads Xmas present I bought him a really lovely tin of Scottish shortbread in a Massey Ferguson tin and a handmade Massey Ferguson large key rack in wood - a really lovely item.  I just entered Massey Ferguson in to Amazon  :innocent:  Alternatively just type "John Deere Gifts" into Google and you will be surprised at how much is out there.

I have nearly finished by Xmas pressie buying for this year - also have all the paper and cards  ::)

What about a Stanley lunch box, I bought one for my farmer OH a couple of years ago and it's fab.

Britain do lovely mini farm vehicles including John Deere tractors.  For the little boy in him.  I know a grown man who has a  collection of these  :innocent:

OH has Profi, farmers weekly and all the local mags so that's out of it :(

Alistair I LIKE that idea thank you very much!

May go for the knife line and I will look for a key rack as we really need one!

Thank you everyone! keep them coming!

I love that lunch box and flask idea but found it so funny as it came up on my facebook page! :innocent:    simple things confuse me sometimes!!!
I am a fairly practicle person but also love gadgets of any kind, pen knifes, torches, I pad apps, puzzle games as well as loving luxury items that you get from farm shops, nice bags, scarfs, socks, log baskets, wallets etc etc.....then when buying for some people the best option is a meal out or an event!! good luck!

How about a day at say Digger world, where you can book OH a session driving a JCB? Not sure if you can do extreme tractor driving! We were given an afternoon out on a 4by 4 driving experience when we bought our Freelander, which was great fun. Would something like that be suitable?

Emma Bridgewater do a melamine range with tractors and landies on - plates, bowls, beakers.  And metal tins to match.
