Stolen Goat
« on: October 25, 2013, 02:53:26 pm »
Hello All,

I have been contacted today by a lady from the North Yorkshire/Cleveland border. Sadly someone stole her male pygmy goat stolen last night.  He is registered, so is identifiable.

He is blue/white. Horned.  18 months old.  I have his tag number.

I believe it is worth putting the word out to as many people as possible I think, in the small chance that someone might spot him or be offered him.   I have suggested she contact local livestock markets/animal rescue centres etc etc

The owners e-mail address is; altapeto100@gmail.com

Thank-you,

Hilary Breakell

That's worrying. I'm so relieved that mine are in the back garden right under our bedroom window.

I recently had some goats advertised, a chap who called was in LONDON! he kept asking whereabouts I was, apart from a rough discription of where Hebden Bridge was in the country all I would say despite further pressing was 'near Hebden Bridge', didn't hear from him again.
He said something about a list, It sounded like they were ringing round everyone who had goats, so beware if advertising goats, I just didn't think this chap rang true.
