Sarah Raven Recipe - marrow and coconut soup: 1kg marrow, large onion, clove garlic, olive oil, tin coconut milk, 1 litre chicken stock, mint and basil. Soften onion in oil, then add peeled/deseeded/cubed marrow, garlic, half stock and most of mint and basil. Cook till soft 10 mins or so, stick blend, add coconut milk and rest of stock. Heat up, top with rest of bits of mint and basil to serve. It is great. Can freeze. Written from memory but we make it a lot so I think that's about right, I'll let you know if it is substantially different
