Well actually no one they moved back to Exeter, didn't like the locals apparently (I understand)

Here in Devon    it seems its between 20-80K an acre dependant on how much scrumpy they had

Bought our whole smallholding with house and holiday let for that!!!!   Not even worth that with planning permission on it!      I'd be tempted to put up a for sale notice .... with price and name of owner ..... see what comments you get from locals.
