Always alway always (except for a few weeks) wanted to be a Nurse!!!!! I was going to join the QA's (Navy) but was too young so stayed on at school to further my qualifications and worked after school in a cafe....then, the owner of the cafe asked me if I wanted to run it for him, I said NO, I was going to be a Nurse, then he sold the business to my Mum and Dad so I felt obliged to run it with my mum and boy were we successful, I worked sooooooo hard, up and out for 7.00am to serve loads of fry ups and teas for workmen and coaches as it was on a busy Bus station, in those day's people smoked in the cafe and with the greasy chip fat arhhhhhhhhhhhhh! and Hong Kong Flu, I became very ill for ages, when I eventually got better I knocked being a Nurse on the head as I did not want to catch anything like that again.....went on in similar field anyway, care work, social work, youth work, drugs work, Alcohol work and of course this B&B, back to fry ups but, thank God, no smoking!!!!!!!!
