It's bitterly cold up here today and sleet on and off all day. The 'farmer' next door who has been in court 3 times for neglecting his stock and worse hasn't put a scrap of hay out for his sheep all winter and they are all up along our boundry fence looking to be fed. He has some very young lambs out there all from sheep carrying no reserves. It's quite upsetting to here the poor little mites bleating, but I dare not report him as he'd know it was me and he's not the sort of guy you want to cross.

Jail he wants not sitting in the pub he lives at. >:(

Can't you get a friend to report him?
