I would dose them with Fasinex asap. Looks like fluke to me. (If it is orf it will heal of its own accord in time, if fluke they could just die from it... and if your field is wet chances are you have fluke - like everyone else.)
 
My shetlands seem to be worse affacted than the larger Xbreeds.

Thank you for your reply. I shall go get some stuff tmoz. The fields here have never been so wet. I have just been ready up about fluke. Just bought my sheep bible the Tim Tune book.
