All these prices for killing and cutting are about the same as we are paying for killing alone!! it costs us not far off £50 to get a hoggett killed and butchered :-(((((

Wow, that sounds like a lot! The other butcher quoted us £22 for kill and cut, but that was very basic butchering.

I presume that you don't have another abattoir you can use?
