I thought that even in Shetland crosses, the tail remained short?
Yep, at least the crosses I have done have a fairly short tail, but not fluke shaped anymore.

well spotted that tail is defiantly not shetland.  however there are horned ewes up here we have some. but those horns are not shetland ewes horns.
a couple of ours have hornssee below

Live in a cohousing community with small farm for our own use.  Dairy cows (rearing their own calves for beef), pigs, sheep for meat and fleece, ducks and hens for eggs, veg and fruit growing

no idea. wifes area. we try for flecket but anything can turn up. acouple from last year the last from our bad ram

sadly sold last year. marion slater has a great flockof them. infact she has that one.

Dogwalker, not sure which farm it was other than we were just over half way on the scenic drive, quite a lot of sheep around tho  ;D

Ram looks like a Suffolk - ewe looks like some sort of mountain type saw some like that at crymach a few weeks ago.

Just a few about and it's definately not pronounced 'baa'   :D

Its a bit wooly, but it looks a hell of a lot like some of my Wilts Horn  x Lleyn ram lambs.

You still get the odd ewe horned like that but its mostly the rams. Ill try and take a pic tomorrow
