cracking !
We roasted some of our pork and had cauliflower cheese too - coincidence.
roasted it with lots of sage and garlic with a good lot of black pepper and salt. what a dinner even though we had to buy the cheese for the cauliflower.

AHhh thats were I took ours - good guys there, didn't rush our girls when they didn't want to get out the trailer - hope you made sure you took their bucket with some nuts in.  We thought ours would just come out the trailer like at home, learnt I should have taken their bucket.... will know for next time.
Hope all went well - must have meant an early start for you.

It took us just under an hour to get there.  We put them in the trailer last night so saved us some time this morning. I was worried that we would all be stressed out if we did it this morning.
I did take their bucket but didn't need it.  The man just shooed them out and they didn't put up a fight.

Pick up the pork on Friday.  Guess what I am having for Sunday dinner? :excited:
