The man who called the police is one amazing person! When I went to pick her up you can tell he cares more for his animals than anything else. He called her Daisy May and she followed him and his dogs around the farm and slept with them in the kitchen. She could not have been better looked after, he deserves some really good karma coming his way!
We reimbursed him and gave him a nice bottle of plonk. He said he was sad she was leaving as he used to breed goats. He is putting us in touch with a breeder and I have promised him first refusal on Bella's first kid.
The last 10 days have been pretty miserable, I like to always think the best of people and the fact someone came and stole I goat from my garden had me quite depressed.
However over the past 10 days through this forum, facebook and other media the amount of interest, care and great advice has been overwhelming! Everytime I have had a question or felt fed up I came and read your replies and they always lifted me a little higher.
