dropped a lump of concrete on my foot that missed the toecaps and caught me right over the bridge of my foot, it hurts!!!

think we have just found the magic G/F loaf recipe!
1 acre of land where i am clearing trees and a swimming pool so we can make the land productive. MK3 hilux single cab pickup which has been completely rebuilt over the last 2 years matt black and cool as! no animals yet except a very furry black cat called Hansel (he is so hot right now)

the flour we use is doves farm G/F bread flour. but the recipe and method are now very different and are a trade secret i'm afraid. what i will say is to leave the dough/batter in the fridge overnight to prove rather than 50 mins in a warm place. the flavour seems greatly improved and taste more like gluten bread. must remember to bring the dough back to room temp before you start the second prove.

Emotional. Spent the day at a hospice for children. 2 of my own children with me, so very lucky and grateful that they are healthy, in awe of the work Acorns do, such a special, bright and beautifully happy place  :thumbsup:
