Sorry about the quality : it's dingy in the hemel and I'm not putting them out till Saturday - we're forecast some evil stuff tonight and tomorrow.

Yes, 4 wethers, 2010-born.  They have very little condition on them, they won't be taking that one-way trip anytime soon.
What Davy doesn't know... there've been all sorts of critters in his stable over the last months while the cubicle shed was refurbished!  Calves, cow and calf, calving cow, lambs, ewes, and now the CM wethers.  I nearly farrowed Meg in there but the weather turned kindly!  Next year's project (or one of them) is to refurb the pony stables so I can actually use them for ponies!  (Earth floors are fine for occasional use but not much fun for every night use for a half-a-ton of native gelding who eats all his straw.  ::))

I saw them this afternoon and they are very beautiful......I'm rather tempted  :D Maybe I'll try some Castlemilk/Shetland crosses  :) Would the ewes have horns do you think?

Sally your boys look lovely - looking forward to seeing some outside pictures - although bet they are enjoying the shelter
CollieWoman - lovely to see your x's - I have 2 Castlemilks and 2 shetlands with a Castlemilk ram lamb - think he's doing something - will have to wait and see - so hopefully I may have a couple of x's like your next spring
Pygmy Goats, Shetland Sheep, Zip & Indie the Border Collies, BeeBee the cat and a wreak of a building to renovate!!
