Hi all!
I have a dilemma,I need a meat slicer for my Hams and Bacons,I have seen the SWAN SFS100 which looks ok ish,but I am always one for buying once-and buying right.The Swan is quite cheap,I can get one for under £50.00,however,does anyone know if this would be at all suitable-I have a heap of Ham and Bacon here-well over 100KG,I am thinking along the lines that because it is cheap it would not last,Some professional slicers,you pay for the name so any input would be most welcomed please.
I have found one on the fleabay,industrial and looks really heavy duty and with courier cost's and such would be about £150.00 second hand.
