I agree that you should let your first vet know of the misdiagnosis.  Pyometra is relatively easy to diagnose and it doesn't necessarily involve bloating.  They can see it on a simple scanner, and it looks a whole lot different to cancer tumours.  I am so sad that you have had such a bad experience, but everyone is right here, Bunny wouldn't have known anything about it, and would have felt secure in your love.

... if you are in the market for a new little 4 paws .....

.... we have some lovely Sprocker puppies, born on the 18th October .....

Our little Breeze had 6 pups, 4 girls and 2 boys, 2 girls are already spoken for ....

Very sorry to hear your story - we lost 2 dogs this year but they were very old so it was expected but I know how you feel. As i get older I think I evaluate what vets say a little more than blindly following their advice but it's so difficult when all you want is the best for your animals. At the end of the day you were a very loving owner and Bunny was a lucky dog xx
Pygmy Goats, Shetland Sheep, Zip & Indie the Border Collies, BeeBee the cat and a wreak of a building to renovate!!
